3. Hourly Billing

Used mainly for consultations, early conceptual work, or additional services outside the main scope.

Payment Schedule

Payments are typically broken into installments aligned with project milestones:

• Upon Contract Signing: Initial retainer

• After Schematic Design Completion: Progress payment

• After Design Development: Progress payment

• After Construction Documents: Progress payment

• During Construction: Payments based on the level of involvement (site visits, coordination, etc.)
